Rosseau Bay Marine – Seasonal Boat Storage & Services

Let Rosseau Bay Marine take the hassle out of winter storage and spring preparation. Our team ensures your boat is protected, maintained, and ready to hit the water when the season returns.

Whether your boat is stored outdoors or indoors, every package begins with us pulling your boat out at our on-site marina ramp, followed by a full engine and drive winterization, fuel system stabilizer, and battery disconnect. For customers who choose outdoor storage, we also build a custom wood frame and apply blue shrink wrap with vents to protect your boat from the elements.

In the spring, every boat stored at our facility is water-tested by our team to ensure it's fully functional and safe for summer use. If any issues are discovered during the lake test, we’ll contact you right away so that repairs or maintenance can be completed before you take delivery.

Onsite Boathouse Services (At Your Property)

The service charge for work at your boathouse is the same each way, with one charge for winterization and the same charge again for summerization.

For customers who receive on-site boathouse service, we will run the engine to proper temperature and complete a visual inspection on-site. However, water testing is not included and can be arranged for an additional fee. Any maintenance or repairs required must be completed at our service shop and will require hauling the boat to our facility.

Water testing and courtesy clean not included for boathouse service. Can be arranged separately.

Suggested Annual Maintenance Services (Estimate Required)

These additional maintenance services are important for all boats and should be considered as part of your annual service plan. Regular oil and gear oil changes help extend the life of your engine and drive system, while fuel filter replacements ensure clean fuel is reaching your motor. Replacing the water pump impeller is essential for proper engine cooling—this is especially critical for ski boats, where it should be done annually due to the higher demands placed on the cooling system.
